Draft Capital

Grading every NFL GM's draft picks from 2013–2025. Players earn points each season they remain on the team that drafted them — through snap share, All-Pro selections, and major awards.

How the scoring works

Every drafted player earns points for each season he plays for the team that drafted him. The moment he leaves — trade, cut, free agency — his points stop counting toward the GM who picked him. Drafting talent only counts if it produces in your building.

Playing Time (take highest tier)
  • 2 pts — 75%+ average snap share
  • 1 pt — 50%+ average snap share
  • 0.5 pts — 25%+ average snap share
Accolades (stack on top)
  • 7 pts — MVP
  • 5 pts — 1st-team All-Pro, OPOY, DPOY
  • 4 pts — 2nd-team All-Pro, OROY, DROY

Snap shares use regular-season offense/defense snap percentages (max of the two). Draft classes 2012–2025; production scored 2013–2025. Relocated franchises (Rams, Chargers, Raiders) are tracked across moves. GM attribution reflects who ran each team's draft that year, including interim and de facto decision makers.
